8-Week Program
for General Well-Being

Mindfulness-Based
Stress Reduction
(MBSR)

“Mindfulness is about being fully awake in our lives. It is about perceiving the exquisite vividness of each moment. We feel more alive. We also gain immediate access to our own powerful inner resources for insight, transformation, and healing.”

- Jon Kabat-Zinn

MBSR is an intensive weekly group program developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn and associates at the University of Massachusetts Memorial Medical Center in 1979. It is now an internationally acclaimed program with a growing body of research supporting its benefits for reducing stress and enhancing wellness.

In this psycho-educational program, we'll guide you through various mindfulness practices, in-depth discussion, and home practice. We'll support you to build a regular mindfulness practice and integrate mindfulness in daily life. We'll delve into stress, becoming more familiar with our own patterns of stress reactions and learning practical tools to manage stress and difficulty. By the end of the program, you'll have a firsthand experience and deeper understanding of how to enhance your own well-being, and support living with more creativity and freedom.

This is a highly interactive web-based program using Zoom.
