MBSR Refresher
A
 3-Week Program

Anyone who has completed an 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program is invited to join us!

This 3-week online program is intended to refresh and deepen your mindfulness practice. Together, we’ll revisit practices and themes from the MBSR program. We’ll also introduce new practices focused on supporting ourselves amidst the challenges of practice. Through it all, we’ll remember the “heart” in mindfulness – how heartfulness and mindfulness are one and the same. We may discover that heartful practices, like self-compassion and loving-kindness, help to sustain our mindfulness practice and well-being.

Whether your practice has continued steadily or fallen away, you're welcome to begin again. Everyone is invited to come together to share the support and encouragement of community practice.


By the end of the program, we hope to leave you with a revitalized practice, and some new tools to help you flourish in your mindfulness practice and daily life.

This program will be led by Hannah Marsh.
